Michael Hamlin is an ordained New Thought Minister. He has been a student of the world’s religions for most of his life. He is a devoted follower and teacher of New Thought principles. His core belief focuses on the power of our minds to change our inner and outer circumstances. He is currently an active member at Unity of Murfreesboro.
Beliefs include:
1. God is a personal and impersonal, loving energy that speaks to us through positive, loving emotions. When we are in a place of love, joy, and peace, then we are experiencing God and are on the correct path.
2. We have complete control over the conditions of our lives through the thoughts and emotions we feel. Every thing that comes into our experience is a result of what we have been thinking and believing.
3. There is no such thing as “death.” People and animals do not die, we transform. Life is an ever-expanding, never-ending, experience that goes through many phases and many forms.
4. All religions and uplifting paths are a legitimate path to God. To know God is to know Joy, Love, and Peace.
